Molli's Journey
Molli Joyce Miller is a dynamic and versatile dance artist from Louisiana, currently based in Los Angeles, with a BFA in Dance from AMDA College of the Performing Arts. She began her dance journey as a devoted competition kid, immersing herself in the world of competitive dance before refining her skills at both the Los Angeles and New York campuses of AMDA. There, she collaborated across the dance, musical theatre, acting, and film departments to cultivate a well-rounded artistic voice.
In 2020, Molli modeled for Masquerade Dance Competition and served as the company's brand and social media ambassador, further expanding her presence in the dance community. Her competitive journey was highlighted by winning a title award for her senior solo, which was entirely self-choreographed. This victory kickstarted her path as a choreographer, leading to multiple choreography awards and recognition for her unique creative vision.
Known for her light, effervescent energy, Molli brings authenticity and joy to every project, space, and connection she engages with. Her training includes a broad range of styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Heels, Tap, Partnering, Dance for the Camera, and many more. She continues to refine her craft by working with renowned choreographers like Gianna Martello and Rumer Noel at Millennium Dance Complex and Playground LA, which continues to inspire her creative journey.
As both a performer and choreographer, Molli is deeply drawn to storytelling, precision, and emotional clarity, using movement as a powerful tool to explore and express the beauty of human connection.
